01What it is

ExecuteIQ is vendor-neutral execution intelligence for value-critical delivery. It sits above the delivery tools your organization already uses, connecting authorized evidence across work, communication, documentation, meetings, and planning artifacts into shared project and portfolio memory. It automates the reporting and information gathering that consumes delivery leaders’ time, then surfaces early execution signals and connects them to the business outcomes they can affect. It sits on top of the existing stack, not instead of it.

02What it touches

ExecuteIQ reads. It does not write back. It connects through scoped, read-only access to the sources your organization authorizes. V1 connects to:

• Jira for work management
• Confluence for delivery documentation
• Slack and Microsoft Teams
• Meeting transcripts and uploaded meeting files
• Project plans, business cases, portfolio documents, and reports via document upload

It does not change tickets, post messages, modify plans, or create a new workflow for teams to follow. An organization can start with document upload alone, with no system connections at all. These are the V1 connectors. Additional work management, documentation, communication, and planning tools are on the roadmap, and founding design partners have named input into which come next.

03What happens to the data

Your data stays yours. Data is tenant-isolated, and ExecuteIQ uses authorized data only to serve your workspace, answer questions, and generate reports. Customer data is never used to train AI models. Every output is grounded in authorized sources and includes citations, and every signal, decision, and action is logged and exportable. Hosted on Google Cloud Platform with standard enterprise encryption. Role-based access, audit trails, and enterprise data controls are foundational to the roadmap, with human accountability built into how the product operates.

04What it costs

Founding design partner pricing is scoped to your environment. ExecuteIQ is currently selecting five founding design partners. Commercial terms are determined after reviewing the delivery stack, number of connected sources, implementation scope, and the workflows the organization wants to automate. Founding partners receive pricing locked for one year, direct access to the founding team, white glove onboarding, and named influence over what V1 becomes. There is no procurement cycle required to evaluate.

05Why not build this internally

A working demo is not an enterprise intelligence layer. Internal teams can build search or a report generator. The difficult work is building and maintaining:

• Permission-aware access across every system
• Secure connectors, OAuth lifecycle management, sync reliability, and API maintenance
• Tenant isolation, auditability, and data controls
• Source grounding, citations, and confidence boundaries
• Automated outputs for different audiences from fragmented evidence
• The intelligence that connects delivery signals to ownership, dependencies, and outcome exposure

The cost is not only engineering spend. It is the opportunity cost of using constrained technical capacity on infrastructure that is not your differentiating IP.

06The exposure if nothing changes
